The Canada Homestay Network Society is seeking a Host Ambassador to qualify host families and ensure they meet CHN's standard of care. This permanent full-time role involves coordinating interviews, home visits, and documentation to maintain CHN's trusted network.

The position is hybrid with in-person work in the Lambton Kent (LK) – Chatham region and surrounding areas, offering CAD 18–20 per hour up to 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills with ability to promote the CHN Host program.
• Positive communication skills including conflict resolution.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain relationships with colleagues and community.
• Working knowledge of email clients or webmail.
• Effective business writing skills and strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of CHN policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of international students and cultures.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-person interviews/visits at host homes to verify rooms and family environment.
• Email data and supporting documentation following CHN protocols for due diligence.
