Job summary

Chartwell is seeking a friendly Server to join our hospitality team. You’ll take and deliver tableside orders, provide prompt service to residents and guests, and help maintain a welcoming dining room.

You should have server experience, a secondary school diploma, and Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided). We offer a safe workplace, competitive compensation and benefits, plus opportunities for leadership development.

• Experience as a server in a dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver tableside food and beverage orders
• Provide prompt, friendly service to residents and guests
• Prepare the dining room for service and clear tables according to Chartwell standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Ensure a safe and efficient dining environment
• Attend to residents' preferences and personal tastes with care and attentiveness
