Job summary

Cloudbeds is transforming hospitality with an AI-powered platform and a fully remote team across 40+ countries. We seek a Customer Growth Manager to drive upsell and cross-sell to our existing customers, building a robust pipeline and guiding deals to close with a results-driven approach.

You will partner with onboarding and product teams to tailor solutions, deliver compelling proposals, and stay ahead of industry trends to fuel revenue growth in hotel tech.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, upselling or account expansion.
• Hospitality industry familiarity or education preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into tailored software solutions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue targets for upsell/cCross-sell to existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing customer base through analysis and outreach.
• Present tailored proposals and product demos aligned with customer goals.
• Collaborate with onboarding/product teams to ensure smooth implementation of upsold products.
