Job summary

Tacofino Squamish is seeking a dynamic hospitality leader to oversee daily operations and guest experiences while mentoring a large team in a high-volume setting. You will collaborate with head office on campaigns and ensure service excellence across Front and Back of House.

You will bring a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing 20 employees and at least 4 years of culinary experience, with passion for soulful food and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role managing 20 employees across front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• 4+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Proven cooking ability, knife skills and seasoned palate.
• Experience leading guest experience initiatives to drive loyalty and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure service quality aligns with Tacofino standards.
• Monitor and achieve food, labour targets, and sales goals; implement community initiatives.
• Create schedule templates, forecasted labour, and sales tracking.
• Conduct bi-weekly inventories, process invoices, and support payroll.
