Job summary

Aramark in Belleville, Ontario is seeking hospitality attendants to support food and beverage operations at the Belleville Arena. You will process merchandise transactions, assist guests, and maintain cash drawers and work areas while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include operating POS, handling cash, answering inquiries, and staying knowledgeable about merchandise to help customers.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Basic math & counting skills required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location

Belleville - CAA Arena

Aramark Sports + Entertainment is looking to hire hospitality attendants to support the food and beverage operations at the Belleville - CAA Arena home to the Belleville Senators.

The hospitality attendant is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by accurately processing merchandise transactions, assisting with guest needs, maintaining the balance of the cash drawer where applicable, maintaining their assigned work locations, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.

Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
