Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and entertainment? Step into a key role at The Playscape, Scarborough’s premier gaming and entertainment destination! We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Hospitality & Arcade Supervisor to keep the good times rolling by leading our team, creating unforgettable guest experiences, and running smooth, high-energy operations.

What You’ll Do

As our Hospitality & Arcade Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person to make sure everything runs like clockwork—from guest experience to redemption game inventory. You’ll:

• Lead and support our amazing operations staff in daily activities
• Plan and execute events and parties, that guests rave about
• Build lasting relationships with guests, team members, and vendors
• Drive revenue through smart marketing and a standout F&B program
• Foster a culture of fun, respect, and teamwork across the center
• Step in as acting General Manager when needed
• Ensure all operations align with company standards, policies, and safety procedures
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about service but knows how to lead by example. You should have:

• 2+ years of management experience in a hospitality setting with an arcade and/or bowling, bar, or food service
• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A guest-first attitude with top-tier customer service instincts
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
