Crossing Hurdles is seeking a physician-level medical record reviewer to support AI training in Canada. You will review inpatient records, validate documentation, and ensure information in notes and FHIR data aligns with clinical records.

Qualifications

• MD or DO; board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Strong inpatient/hospitalist experience.
• Understanding of inpatient documentation and hospital workflows.
• Comfortable reviewing clinical notes and raw medical record data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines consistently.
• Experience with chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review, or medical coding/QA is a plus.
