Position Profile :

The Clinical Nurse and Registered Nurse (Home Hospital), as part of the multidisciplinary team, provide acute and virtual care to patients in a community setting, providing comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care and facilitating and promoting patient safety and quality care.

The clinical nurse and registered nurse practice within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.
