Job summary

Vancouver Island Health Authority in Duncan, BC, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Long-Term Care at Cairnsmore Place. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to complex but stable residents, performing assessments, planning and delivering personal care, and carrying out nursing procedures.

The role requires registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as an LPN, with additional MHSU education if applicable.

Qualifications

• BC CNMs registration as LPN is required.
• Additional MHSU education per BCCNM for mental health/substance use parity is required when applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Must be able to perform nursing procedures and administer medications.
