What You’ll Be Doing
  • You’ll be the go-to expert in all things green. From training staff to hands-on planting, you’ll ensure every project flourishes.
  • Train crews on proper planting techniques and horticultural practices.
  • Oversee plant handling, transportation, and installation to minimize damage.
  • Guide staff on proper pruning and identify any hazardous limbs.
  • Ensure plant material gets appropriate watering and soil depth.
  • Tag and inspect nursery plant stock for upcoming projects.
  • Visit and support landscape maintenance sites with hands-on coaching.
  • Diagnose pests and diseases and advise on treatment plans.
  • Share your plant knowledge with crews and clients alike.
  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and treatments as needed.
  • Participate in physical tasks (planting, kneeling, lifting, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in landscaping or horticulture.
  • Bachelor's degree in horticulture or equivalent experience.
  • Spray License (Landscape Exterminator) required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about plant health.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
