Job description

Workplace: We are a McDonald's Franchise located in the West Island of Montréal with 8 locations.

Main functions: General building maintenance, minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems, cleaning of restaurant, and general repairs (plastering, painting, tile repair, etc.).

Requirements and working conditions: The ideal candidate should be organized, able to prioritize tasks, and have good attention to detail. Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment is preferred, along with a basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.

Please note: The position is a day shift (hours to be determined) with the possibility of night shifts and on-call duties for emergencies.

Any experience in the quick service industry is highly valued but not mandatory. Some training on equipment will be provided.

  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
  • Multi-tasking during your shift by troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances, and repairing décor and equipment, whether during the day or at night.

Salary offered: To be discussed.

Hours per week: 40 hours.

Job status: Permanent, full-time; days, with possible nights.
