Job summary

Viral Vyas Family in Richmond Hill, Ontario seeks a Home Support Worker to provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship in the client’s home. The role requires 7 months to less than 1 year of experience and an education path including CPR or First Aid after completing secondary school.

Weekend work may be required; a live-in accommodation option is available at no charge. CAD 22 per hour for 30 hours weekly.

Job Position: Home Support Worker – Vyas Family
Location: Winterport Court, Richmond Hill, Ontario

Salary: $22.00 per hour (30 hours weekly).

Overtime pay at 1.5 times employee’s regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Education: Secondary School plus CPR or First Aid

Responsibilities:
Personal hygiene and grooming. Assistance with getting dressed. Administer personal care. Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals, Accompany client for walks and to all activities. Provide care and companionship. Engage in conversations. Light Housekeeping, Good communication and decision-making skills and organization are essential. Must be flexible.
