Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a compassionate PSW to travel between patients, delivering essential home-care services across Markdale, ON. You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and personal hygiene while providing companionship to improve overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and visit multiple patients in their homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal times.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties.
• Provide companionship and support well-being of patients.
• Assist with personal hygiene including showering and bathing.
• Support activities of daily living as needed.
