Job summary

ParaMed is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our home and community care team across Renfrew, Arnprior, Eganville, Deep River and Pembroke. You will support patients at home with daily living activities and promote independence.

You will provide personal care, meal support, light housekeeping and companionship per the care plan. A valid PSW certificate, driver license, and reliable vehicle are required. We offer strong training, benefits, and competitive per-visit rates.

Qualifications

• Valid Personal Support Worker certificate is required.
• Demonstrated compassion and care when interacting with patients.
• Reliability and flexibility in scheduling and travel within geographic areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including skin, hair, and oral care, bathing, toileting and peri-care.
