Job summary

All First Nations Jobs is seeking a Home Support Worker to assist a senior family member in Surrey, BC. The role includes helping with personal care, daily activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.

The position is permanent, full-time, with wage rate of $24.50 per hour for 30-40 hours per week. Training will be provided; candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada and available for all shifts.

Qualifications

• High school graduation required.
• Senior care or household management experience is an asset; employer will train.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside and personal care to the client.
• Assist with bathing and personal hygiene.
• Encourage regular exercise and mobility.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
