Job description

Are you an experienced, organized, and hands-on home staging professional with an entrepreneurial mindset?

A dynamic and well-established company in Vancouver is looking for an experienced Home Staging Manager to join our team. We serve clients across the Lower Mainland and are seeking someone passionate about transforming homes for sale, not pursuing a career in interior design.

This is a long-term, leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical, and practical environment. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing property stagings, managing inventory, leading a staging team, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently. A keen eye for style is important, but this position emphasizes execution and logistics , not just design concepts.

You’ll be actively involved in every part of the staging process—moving furniture, setting up rooms, and making homes shine for the market. You’ll also handle administrative tasks like preparing quotes, coordinating with clients, and managing daily operations. As a confident communicator, you’ll help articulate the value of our services and drive growth through relationship-building and upselling to realtors and homeowners.

Please note : This is not just a design position or a stepping stone into interior design.

We’re looking for someone genuinely passionate about home staging and ready to take full ownership of our staging operations. If you're business-minded, adaptable, and eager to lead a growing team... let’s talk!

Bonus items that motivate and set us apart :

  • Confidential hiring process
  • Competitive wages
  • Paid vacation
  • Medical plan

  • Post-staging and removal

Qualifications

  • Ability to quickly complete detailed work
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Valid BC driver’s license
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no task is above or below you
  • A drive to improve client experience and internal processes : "How can I make things better?"
  • Flexible schedule, willing to work weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet skills

Compensation

55,000 - $65,000+ yearly DOE
