Home Medical Equipment Delivery Driver (Full Time) Markham, ON

At Medigas, the healthcare division of Linde Canada, Inc., we are dedicated to improving lives through the provision of home oxygen therapy, respiratory services, medical gases, and related equipment. We are looking for a responsible individual to handle the delivery and pickup of home medical and oxygen equipment, including respiratory devices, ensuring safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver, set up, and pick up home medical/oxygen equipment efficiently and courteously
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and safety checks
  • Load and unload equipment safely
  • Identify and communicate safety hazards
  • Complete regulatory paperwork accurately
  • Assess equipment for repairs and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Educate clients on product use and provide documentation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
  • Perform inventory management
  • Work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call emergencies
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license for the vehicle type, with a clean record for 24 months
  • At least 12 months of relevant driving experience with similar equipment
  • Customer service experience of at least 1 year
Skills and Abilities
  • Safety-conscious and physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Compliance with policies and regulations
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and smartphone technology
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Excellent customer focus and patience
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
