The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Home Inspection Subcontractor in Calgary. The ideal candidate will have their own licensing or be trained and ready to begin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to operate under our established brand, with support from a reputable company working with four of Calgary’s largest real estate brokers. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, creating detailed reports, and building your own client base through marketing and networking.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough property inspections

• Uphold quality standards and professionalism in every inspection

Qualifications:

• EXISTING HOME INSPECTION LICENSE, COMPLETED INTERNACHI CPI OR CARSON DUNLOP
• Experience in property inspections or related fields is a plus
• A ticketed trade in hvac, plumbin, electrical is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to market and develop your own client base
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
