Job summary

Spectrum Health Care is seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in the community across Mississauga, Brampton and Etobicoke. You will manage your own caseload with scheduling flexibility and travel between patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years nursing experience; community nursing preferred.
• Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Ability to work independently in the community, with a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused, high-quality nursing care in patients' homes.
• Travel within the region between patients’ homes and coordinate with the health care team.
• Assess, manage and teach patients on wound care, infusion therapy and palliative care.
