Job Purpose:

As a Home Financing Advisor (HFA), you will be responsible for developing residential mortgage business from third-party referral sources such as real estate agents, lawyers, financial planners, and centres of influence, with the goal of attracting new customers to the Bank.

  • Knowledge of mortgage lending policies, real estate markets, property values, sales trends, and competitor programs.
  • 3 to 5 years of industry-related experience with a deep understanding of your local market.
  • Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
