Job summary

goeasy Ltd. is seeking a Delivery Specialist for our easyhome division in Canada. Join a top lease-to-own company and help Canadians furnish homes through flexible weekly and monthly payment plans.

You will engage customers in person, over the phone, and by email, while supporting store merchandising and delivering products to customers' homes. A valid driver’s license and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds are required, with opportunities for monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Full class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
• Excellent communicator who is people- and results-oriented.
• Some experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store.
• Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes.
• General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process and addressing customer concerns.
