Job Overview

As part of the Hamilton regional CBI Health Home Health Services team, the Physiotherapist works in the home care setting serving communities such as Burlington, Hamilton, Haldimand, and Norfolk. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered, evidence-based physiotherapy care in clients' homes.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Utilize virtual care technology to deliver services safely and effectively.
Qualifications
  • Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
  • Ability to travel within the community.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
