Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor (HCA) to guide homeowners through in-home sales, from first conversation to follow-up, ensuring confidence and clarity. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings backed by strong brand recognition and training.

You will meet homeowners seeking solutions and tailor options to comfort, efficiency, and budget needs. No HVAC experience required; comprehensive training and a clear career path in a growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM and basic computer systems.
• Driver's license and ability to travel locally.
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing is an asset.
• HVAC experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to understand comfort goals, efficiency needs, and budget.
• Recommend HVAC solutions balancing performance, value, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.
• Explain system options, pricing, financing, warranties, rebates, and energy-saving benefits.
• Work primarily from company-generated appointments and referrals to grow pipeline.
• Maintain CRM updates and forecast performance.
