Job summary

LG Home Comfort is seeking motivated Home Comfort Advisors to guide homeowners through the sales cycle—from consultation to quote to close—recommending furnaces, A/Cs, water heaters, and purification systems for optimal home comfort with an exceptional customer experience.

You will stay current on promotions and product offerings, build strong relationships for repeat and referral business, and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Valid G-Class driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

About the Role

LG Home Comfort is seeking motivated, personable Home Comfort Advisors to join our growing team across Ontario. In this role, you'll guide homeowners through the sales cycle — from initial consultation to quote to close — recommending the right comfort solutions for their home while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
