We require a nanny who can help in the care and development to fullest ability for our 4-year-old with speech and cognitive delay and behavioral aggression. The goal is direct supervision, full to partial assist and support so that the child can become increasingly independent.

We are a happy and welcoming household of four seeking a dedicated and compassionate home child care provider to support our 4-year-old son who has special needs. Our son faces challenges with communication, falling asleep, and has specific food aversions. He displays aggressive behavior such as biting, scratching, and kicking if his communication needs are not being listened to or attended to. We are looking for someone with patience, experience, a nurturing approach, and knowledge of how to teach children with additional needs to help create a safe and supportive environment for him. The successful candidate must own a car with a valid driver's license in order to take the child to his scheduled multiple therapy appointments each week. The child also goes to a play center for recreational respite a few days each week.
