Job summary

Autismservices is seeking a senior leader for its Hardware and Lumber retail operations in Canada. The role focuses on managing store performance, budgets, and customer relationships while building strong teams to deliver solutions for contractors and regular customers.

The position requires deep knowledge of lumber products, sales, margins, and inventory management, with at least 3 years in leadership and valid Canadian work authorization.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience across teams
• 6–9 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in leadership
• Knowledge of commodity sales, gross margin and inventory management
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Understanding of lumber products and processes
• Experience in sales, quote estimation, retail, hardware, or material industry
