We are looking for a Home Care Specialist, Integrated Care Solutions who can be autonomous in leading a team of Personal Support Workers / Nurses / CTC's , and comfortable providing support to staff and clients. Our next Home Care Specialist will thrive in a forward-thinking culture where being a self-starter and taking initiative will drive the success of their role leading the team.
This is a full-time permanent role, on-site based in our East Toronto office in conjunction with traveling for client visits.
