Russell Tobin Canada is currently seeking Health Care Aides to provide essential support to patients, residents, and clients across Manitoba. This is a needed role to ensure individuals receive the daily care and dignity they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and feeding
• Provide mobility support (walking, transfers, use of mobility devices)
• Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
• Support emotional and social well-being in a respectful manner
• Maintain a clean and safe environment following infection prevention protocols

Qualifications
