Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.
• BCLS-HCP (Basic Cardiac Life Support) required.
• Ability to work in clients' homes and various environments.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide services as assigned by supervising therapist or manager.
• Monitor effectiveness of tasks including equipment provision and education follow-up.
• Support strengthening and mobility programs, ADL and transfer training.
• Collaborate with interprofessional team and external partners.
