Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate at Richmond Mall to welcome families, engage with children, and capture magical holiday moments on our Santa photo sets. You’ll deliver warm guest service and help create memorable experiences from start to finish.

You’ll handle photography tasks, operate the POS system, and support a joyful photo experience in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. Training and peak-hour scheduling are part of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Willing to attend training and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Retail or cashier experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience
• Ensure photo operations run smoothly as a team member
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff and coworkers in a friendly, festive manner
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Perform all other assigned tasks within the role
