A leading holiday resort company in Cornwall is looking for a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to help potential buyers explore holiday home ownership. You'll build relationships, provide insights, and exceed sales targets. Benefits include a top-tier commission plan, industry training, and various employee perks. Experience in sales is desirable but training is provided.
Salary : Up to £30,000 with an OTE of £55,000
Hours : 40 hours per week; some weekends required
Contract : Permanent contract

You will be offering people the opportunity for Holiday Home Ownership at one of our parks and showcasing our Holiday Homes to potential buyers. You will take ownership of all aspects of Holiday Home Sales. A driving license is required due to the nature of the role.
This role offers a top-tier commission plan with uncapped earnings on each sale. The more you work, the more you earn—the sky’s the limit for driven individuals looking to make an impact!

As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will interact and build relationships with potential buyers, providing insights to help them make informed decisions about purchasing our holiday homes.
You will seek out and create opportunities to speak with potential holiday homeowners and guide them through all aspects of holiday homeownership, ensuring they have all the information and support needed to decide.
You will have sales targets to exceed, always aiming to ensure new owners feel satisfied with their purchase. This role requires working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to accommodate holiday times.
You should be a people person capable of building long-term relationships. You have a talent for making customers feel special, both on the phone and face-to-face. Your communication style is friendly and attentive, and you listen well.
Multi-tasking comes naturally, and you remain calm and approachable under pressure. A positive, can-do attitude and a love for making a difference are essential.

It would be beneficial if you have experience in selling holiday homes or similar high-value products, success in outbound sales, and a background in target-driven sales environments. However, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed regardless of your background.
