Job summary

LCBO in Chesterville is seeking team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences at the point of sale. You will operate the POS system, assist customers, receive inventory, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe while handling up to 40 lb cases.

Applicants must be 18+, legally allowed to work in Canada, and bilingualism is a bonus. Weekend shifts (Fri eve, Sat, Sun) and additional weekday opportunities may be available.

• Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.

About You:

Comfortable supporting customers and working effectively with teammates.

Required Availability

• Friday (5:00 p.m. - Close).
• Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4-to-8-hour shift).

Holiday Availability

• Christmas Day (December 25).
• Boxing Day (December 26).
• New Year's Eve (December 31).

Additional Availability

• Additional work may be available during the week (Monday - Thursday), based on store needs.
• Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.
• Extra shifts may come up on short notice.
