• Equipment Operation : Operate hoisting equipment safely, such as cranes and passenger / material hoists.
• Load Management : Move materials, equipment, and people within the construction site safely.
• Safety Compliance : Follow safety rules, including those in Section 5 of BC's Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.
• Maintenance : Perform basic equipment checks.
• Communication : Work closely with the construction team and follow safety protocols.
• Documentation : Keep records of equipment checks, maintenance, and incidents as needed.
