Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment, counselling, and advocacy.
• Conduct crisis intervention for clients engaged in high-risk behaviour.
• Develop and monitor care plans for clients with complex needs.
• Maintain documentation and record keeping for client assessments.
