# Hiring: Property Manager – Windsor, Ontario>* Part Time* Windsor**Kijiji**We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our rental properties in Windsor, Ontario. This is a part-time, flexible role perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in property management or real estate. Responsibilities: Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and inspections Handle minor maintenance issues or coordinate with contractors Collect rent and manage tenant communications Perform regular property checks Assist with advertising and showing units when needed Provide monthly updates to the property owner Requirements: Previous property management experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle occasional high-pressure or stressful situations professionally Reliable transportation Knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act is a plus Important: This role requires someone who can be firm, assertive, and calm under pressure.
