Position: Strategic Finance Consultant (Part-Time)

Location: North Vancouver

Type: Part-Time, 3–4 days/week (with potential to grow)

Salary: $75/hour

A growing real estate investment and property management firm is looking for a CPA-level finance leader to support the President and Controller with high-level planning, systems improvements, and team mentorship—while remaining hands-on in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Streamline financial systems and reporting
2. Provide governance, planning, and forecasting support
3. Mentor and coach the finance team
4. Assist with reconciliations and clean-up work as needed

Ideal Candidate:

1. CPA with 10+ years of experience
2. Background in real estate, property management, or construction
3. Strong strategic mindset with a practical, team-oriented approach
4. Experienced in system/process improvement

This is a part-time role with flexibility and room to grow into full-time. Compensation is approximately $75/hour or $150K FTE.
