Hiring an outgoing breakfast server! Monday & Tuesday availability essential.

Join our dynamic team at Seaside Provisions, Wine, Spirits, and Gourmet, located in North Vancouver. We feature a 150-seat restaurant, wine bar, and gourmet market with specialty meats, cheeses, and artisanal chocolates. Our menu includes appetizers, cocktails, caviar service, and rare wines by the glass. We aim to create a memorable dining experience with a diverse menu and extensive wine, spirits, and beer selections.

We are seeking passionate, dedicated servers to join our team and contribute to an exceptional guest experience. If you love fine food, wines, and excellent service, apply to be part of our innovative concept.

Duties:
  1. Provide exceptional service to guests and leave a positive impression.
  2. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  3. Use organizational skills and a guest-focused attitude to solve problems.
  4. Answer questions about food, drinks, and wine, and offer recommendations.
  5. Input orders accurately via POS and handle payments.
  6. Assist with setup, teardown, and stocking of server stations.
  7. Support team tasks as needed.
Server Requirements:
  • Availability in the mornings, specifically Monday and Tuesday mornings, starting at 6:30 am.
  • At least 1 year of serving experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and brunch shifts.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Valid Serving It Right certification.
  • WSET 1, 2, or 3 certification is an asset.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
