Hiring an Experienced Restaurant/Bar Manager

This modern, neighborhood 100-seat restaurant and bar features a menu with a modern twist on classic North American cuisine, along with inspiring global dishes. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to contribute to the development of this concept.

Job Summary
  1. Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct site operations.
  2. Accurately record monthly inventory; prepare and submit weekly liquor and dry goods orders.
  3. Assist in managing social media, advertising, and marketing.
  4. Hire, train, and schedule front-of-house staff.
  5. Implement seasonal cocktail lists.
  6. Perform bar and service roles when required.
  7. Work closely with the Chef on menu planning objectives.
  8. Build a community/neighborhood following.
Qualifications
  • Possess a minimum of 5–7 years of previous bar and restaurant experience, including 2 years in a management role.
