A vibrant restaurant in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Breakfast Supervisor to enhance guest experiences and lead the breakfast team. This role involves training new staff, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the highest service standards. As a Breakfast Supervisor, you are authorized to exceed guest expectations and maximize revenue each shift. You will support all Breakfast employees in making business decisions focused on upholding the highest standards in guest service while achieving key financial goals and performance metrics for the department. Your support will include assisting in new hire training, ongoing coaching, providing daily feedback, and leading by example.
