The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hydra Estiatorio. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and support the front-of-house team to ensure service excellence.

Guest Experience: Lead by example to provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all guests.

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, and ensuring adherence to service standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to implement promotions, events, and service enhancements.

Qualifications
