We’re looking for a General Manager to take the reins of our popular lounge and restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, outstanding service, and an unforgettable guest experience.

About the Role:

As General Manager, you will work closely with the company F&B director and our Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the venue’s success. You’ll lead the service team, bar and service managers, and ensure that every day runs seamlessly. Your leadership will maintain high standards, drive revenue, and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the service team, bar, and management.
2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
3. Maintain high standards for guest experience, cleanliness, and efficiency.
4. Collaborate with ownership and the Operations Manager to drive revenue, improve systems, and optimize operations.
5. Manage scheduling and inventory.
6. Problem-solve in real time, addressing challenges with confidence and professionalism.

What You Bring:

1. Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (minimum 3-5 years).
2. Event planning experience, including working with customers and building out event orders. Experience in Triple Seat is a plus.
3. Strong understanding of venue operations, including bar management, service, and guest experience.
4. The ability to balance firm leadership with a positive, team-first attitude.
5. Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
6. Knowledge of liquor laws, health and safety standards, and operational best practices.
7. Availability to work nights and weekends.

Compensation:

This is a salary position with a base salary and commission on event bookings. Earning potential with commission is bottomless.
