CIeNET is seeking an experienced HIL Simulation and Integration Engineer to join our automotive engineering team in Oshawa, Ontario. You will develop high-fidelity vehicle models and sensor suites within real-time simulation environments.
You will work in an Agile setting across cross-functional teams, integrating simulation results into CI/CD workflows, and supporting test environments and vehicle safety validation.
Location: Oshawa, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

As a HIL Simulation and Integration Engineer, you will be on the forefront of realistic automotive software and hardware-in-the-loop simulation environments creating high-fidelity vehicles models and their large sensor suite.
The simulations support algorithm development of hands-free driving in all situations and other active safety features. The main areas of focus are bus communication, optimization, and sensor modelling. You will be working cross-collaboratively with many teams to integrate these systems into a wider CI/CD toolchain.
