AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a Winter Maintenance Plow Operator (Temporary) based in St-Léonard, NB. You will operate snow plow and material spreader trucks to keep highways safe during winter operations and perform snow and ice control, including plowing and salting.

The role requires a valid Class 3 driver's licence, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 80 lbs. Overtime and on-call work may be required, with a $1,000 monthly winter bonus and a supportive, safety‑driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred.
• General knowledge of highway maintenance operations is an asset.
• Valid Class 3 driver's licence.
• Clean driver's abstract.
• Able to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
