Armour Transportation Systems in Fredericton, NB is seeking a professional Highway Driver to operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer on a dedicated day run, delivering freight through the Fredericton area to designated terminals and customer locations.

You will complete highway runs, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and adhere to safety standards while coordinating with dispatch and customers. This full-time position runs days, Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Qualifikationen

Armour Transportation Systems is currently seeking a professional and safety-focused Highway Driver based out of Fredericton, NB.This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy consistent highway work and a predictable schedule. Drivers will operate a tractor-trailer on a dedicated day run, transporting freight through the Fredericton highway and a designated terminal and customer locations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer in a safe and professional manner.
• Complete scheduled highway runs in designated terminal and customer locations.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery of freight.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate driver logs and required transportation documentation.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety standards, and applicable transportation regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, terminal personnel and customers.

What You’ll Need

• Valid Class 1 driver's license.
