Job description

Pacific Academy is seeking a dynamic, educational leader with a proven record of exemplary teaching and leadership. This position is 0.6 Vice-Principal and 0.4 teaching in the High School. The successful applicant will work collaboratively as part of the leadership team at Pacific Academy commencing August 18, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
• In collaboration with the High School Principal, provide leadership in all areas including – spiritual, academic, financial and organizational development
• Demonstrate personal accountability and professional growth
• Implement innovative practices for student success
• Support the development of competency-based learning
• Use relevant data to engage in instructional practices for improved student achievement

Qualifications:
• Have a master’s degree from a recognized university, be working toward a Master’s degree or have relevant administrative experience
• Hold a valid British Columbia teaching certificate
• Possess an understanding of and commitment to Christian Education
• Actively and personally support a Pentecostal/Charismatic statement of faith
• Be fluent in oral and written English

• A person of integrity
• Collaboratively-minded, being adept at working with staff across all levels and disciplines
• A clear and effective communicator
