ATB Financial seeks a dynamic Personal Banking Advisor to join our Calgary team. You’ll provide tailored guidance to high-net-worth clients, building lasting relationships while advancing their financial goals across savings, investments, mortgages and lending products.

You will partner with internal specialists to deliver seamless digital tools and a best-in-class client experience, while meeting personal sales targets and contributing to branch success in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience identifying and converting a sales pipeline and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• PFSA credentials are considered a valuable asset for the advisory role.
• Experience with residential mortgage origination and lending processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of lending products, eligibility criteria, and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial partner to high-net-worth clients with tailored guidance.
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
• Guide clients toward savings, investment, and lending solutions aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver the full ATB service suite.
• Promote digital tools and omnichannel adoption to enhance efficiency and experience.
