Job summary

Roofmart is seeking a safety-focused delivery professional to load, move and deliver product across our Canadian locations. You will perform pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, and keep trucks, yard and store areas clean and organized.

Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintain strong customer service, and lift 80-100 lbs repeatedly. Truck driving and forklift experience is preferred; candidates must be authorized to work in Canada, with training provided where noted.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class 3 CDL and ability to provide current drivers abstract (West).
• Must have valid AZ/DZ license and clean driving abstract (East).
• Load securement training (can be provided).
• Fall Protection/Working at Heights Training - an asset (can be provided).
• First Aid Certificate - an asset (can be provided).
• Previous Forklift/Moffett training - an asset (can be provided).
• Previous Truck Driver and Operator experience - Preferred.
• Authorized to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading, moving and delivering product.
• Performing pre-operational inspections, maintenance checklists, cleaning and lubricating the crane.
• Maintaining clean and organized work environments in the store, yard, and trucks.
• Strictly adhering to and complying with all health and safety rules, regulations, and legislation.
