Job summary

Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking an HHC Fitter to measure and fit compression garments for patients, ensuring proper sizing and comfort.

You will collaborate with physicians, clinics and insurance providers to confirm coverage, prepare receipts for submissions, and support customers with ongoing reorders and remeasurement. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, a customer-service mindset, and familiarity with wound care is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in measuring and fitting compression garments.
• Knowledge in wound care and anatomy is an asset but not required.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate fit and measure customer for compression stockings and garments
• Provide recommendations and answer question on compression garment
• Ensure proper fitting to help drive customer compliance
• Provide each patient with receipts for submission to insurance
• Work with insurance companies and government agencies for confirmation of patient coverage
• Provide billing to insurance companies and government agencies for specific products
• Work closely with physicians and clinics to provide training and materials such as prescriptions pads and information pamphlets.
• Provide ongoing follow-up to customers to remind them of required reorders & remeasurement
