As a Trainer, you will create a welcoming environment, empowering team members with the tools they need to succeed. What you’ll do

  • Lead engaging, hands-on training sessionsthat help team members confidently navigate tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teamsto shape training content that’s practical, relevant, and easy to apply on the job.
  • Design clear, useful resources—from quick-reference guides to workflow templates—that support day-to-day execution.
  • Track training impactsthrough feedback and performance data, using insights to fine-tune and improve.
  • Stay aligned with subject matter expertsto keep content fresh, accurate, and in step with evolving processes.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives, offering opportunities to collaborate across departments and contribute to broader business goals.

What you bring to our team

  • Preferred experience 2+ years in training, education, or facilitation, ideally in a process- or operations-focused environment
  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for making content engaging and accessible
  • Comfortable using tools likeLMS platforms and Microsoft Office 365 with the adaptability to learn additional software
  • Familiarity withadult learning principlesor instructional design basics
  • A flexible mindset with the ability toadapt to shifting prioritiesand meet deadlines
  • Curious and proactive—someone who’s always looking for ways to improve how things are done
