Position Info:

· Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $30.00~$32.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

· Work Location: Unit 103-1525 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6P6

Job Duties:

· Supervise and coordinate sales staff and cashiers

· Assign staff to duties and create work schedules

· Authorize payments and product returns

· Address any potential problems, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

· Maintain specified inventory and place merchandise orders

· Create reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters

· Hire and train or arrange training of new staff and monitor performance

· Ensure the store’s visual standards are maintained

· May perform the same duties as workers supervised

Job requirements:

· Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required

· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
